We are based in Shanghai and we buy on behalf of companies in the Gulf. That covers factory search, verification, quality control at the line, documentation, and shipment coordination. It is the work of a purchasing department, carried out where the goods are made.
We work two ways, and we tell you which before you commit
AGENCY
The factory invoices you directly. You see the factory's price. We charge a commission agreed in writing before we start, typically around 5%. You hold the factory relationship.
PRINCIPAL
We invoice you and pay the factory. One contract, one counterparty. We carry the payment, quality and delivery risk, and any warranty or delivery commitment is ours to honour.
Most orders suit one or the other. We'll tell you which, and why.
How we choose between them
Agency suits a buyer who wants the factory price visible and is willing to hold the supplier relationship. That is usually repeat orders, settled specifications, and buyers who run their own logistics. Principal suits a buyer who wants one counterparty and one invoice, and who would rather we carried the risk than manage a Chinese supplier directly. That is usually first orders, complex builds, and anything where a warranty needs a name on it.

Release happens against the shipment certificate, which depends on documents prepared at the factory. We prepare those. We do not issue the certificates.
